• Rental buildings

As more tenants adopt EVs, charging access will become a key differentiator to fill vacancies and maximize value. Access to Revvit’s charger can be easily added to monthly rent in the same way tenants might pay extra for trash removal or parking spots. Unlike many connected chargers there are no ongoing subscription fees per unit. It sits on your property just like any normal appliance.

  • Condo & HOA

Does your community have a unique layout and limitations when it comes to putting in EV chargers? No problem.

Revvit’s simple and low cost product can most easily fit into the physical, financial and legal requirements of residential communities. Our charger avoids many of the pitfalls of other chargers such as high costs, large physical space requirements, ongoing subscription fees, and complex maintenance requirements. Both in install and operation Revvit’s product offers a number of choices that can help a charging project be successful.

  • Operate and monetize

Revvit chargers can be flexible to any arrangement of communal and private billing and compensation. There aren’t any required subscriptions that anyone is on the hook for.

If you put the chargers onto a communal electrical panel, you can charge the end users a monthly or annual fee to access the Revvit chargers. This fee can be calculated based on expected electricity usage and the condo association / owner’s desire for monetization. It can be added to rent or a condo fee.

Flexible ways to align the cost and the value for shared parking areas

Idea 1: Owner charges end users an additional annual fee for access: Community owns charger and adds EV charging fee onto monthly rent / condo fee for each user; tenants not using the chargers don’t need to pay

Idea 2: Bake into Rent or Fees: The convenience factor of an available, accessible charger raises the profile of the property, allowing for increased rent to cover the minimal ongoing electrical costs ($3/day per charger)

Idea 3: Staged install: In a condo or HOA, get best value on electrical installation by bringing 120V power to all necessary spots, but wait until the right time to install the hardware on top of it.
